Bucky’s Grill and Pub in Westfield: Philly Cheesesteaks and Flat Screens

Bucky’s Grill and Pub is a recently-opened Westfield bar and restaurant that promises to compete with the best of them, including many of those in nearby Indianapolis. Formerly “Bobby’s,” this nice little bar in Westfield in Central Indiana already had a backlog of fans, and they’re all happy to see Bobby’s metamorphose into Bucky’s and reopen.

The decor is rich and warm, with lots of built-in, honey-colored wooden fixtures, subtle lighting and a pleasantly sunny color palette. Everywhere you look in Bucky’s Grill and Pub, you’ll find a big high-definition flat-screen on which to enjoy your favorite Indianapolis sports.

There’s always some fun at Bucky’s, but their menu is over-the-top for a small Midwestern tavern of its type. When you see it, you’ll want to settle back and have another drink while you take your time to read it over. Some of the favorites are Bucky’s inimitable Hand-Breaded Tenderloin, the Classic Reuben, Philly Cheesesteak and custom-made thin-crust pizzas.
While you’re perusing, enjoy one of Bucky’s sought-after appetizers. Choose from such irresistibles as Buffalo Wings with a variety of sauces, Breaded Mushrooms with horseradish sauce, Jalapeño Poppers with ranch dressing, Chicken Fingers with fries or succulent Quesadillas.

Bucky’s Grill and Pub offers a good selection of soups and salads, too. Try the flavorful Buffalo Chicken Salad, served with pepperoncini and blue cheese; or try the house’s Classic Caesar or Bucky’s Chili Classi Deluxe.

Signature sandwiches at Bucky’s include sumptuous items such as Pork Tenderloin, Chicken Cordon Bleu on Kaiser, the Bucky Melt, the mouth-watering Hand-Breaded Deepwater Cod and Bucky’s Ultimate Grilled Cheese Sandwich.
